Comte 24 month "Tunnel"

Matured by Herve Mons in the old railway tunnel he has converted into a cheese cave, exquisite nutty characters come from the milk of cows that have been fed from the rich pastures of the Jura mountains. Traditionally easten with Vin Jaune, an oxidized yeasty and nutty dry white wine. We recommend 2008 Tissot Vin Jaune by the glass.

Brie de Meaux 'Donge'

Made by the Donge family since 1930 and now in the hands of third generation Luc and Jean-Michel, one of only seven AOC in the region of Isle de France.  Hand ladled and drained on reed mats, soft and full flavour, vegetal and bloomy rind. Labeled the King of Cheeses since 1814 and nine times winner of the coveted Medaille D'Or.  Pairs fantastically with Champagne, or try it with a red Cote du Rhone or Burgundy

Onetik Bleu des Basques

 Produced by the Berria de Onetik cooperative, in the Basque region of France, in the Pyrenees mountains. Bleu des Basques is a semi-frim cheese which is aged for 65-90 days.  It has a beige coloured rind, a glistening paste and fine grey-blue veins spread throughout. The aroma is lactic, earthy as well as spicy and floral. Pairs well with our fig chutney and Millton Libiamo field blend white wine by the glass.
